Milan Pejnovic

Partner | Dispute Resolution

Milan holds a master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University with a focus on law & economics, law & psychology, international commercial arbitration, consumer contracts, and public policies, as well as an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru.

“There is no such thing as a free lunch,” a common economist’s adage that Milan has adopted as his own because he believes that freedom is best exercised responsibly, with awareness of what one chooses and the potential consequences. The best part of being a lawyer is that each new case presents a new challenge, with the road to success always requiring discipline, focus, a desire to be the best, and never losing sight of ethics. It is also the possibility of an endless journey of self-discovery, similar to life itself.

He has broad experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration, and investment arbitration. His experience also spans to the fields of private international law, real rights, contractual and extra-contractual liability, and law, economics, and psychology.
