Dora graduated from Universidad del Pacífico Law School. She likes solving situations and cases in an unexplored way when taking on challenges in market regulation and competition. She is a very optimistic professional; she finds a learning opportunity in every situation and never stagnates in adversity. She admires women fighters, able to assume leadership and go back to battles with everything against them.
She has experience in the areas of administrative law, concessions, bureaucratic barriers, unfair competition, and antitrust, with a focus on the sectors of fisheries, public use infrastructure (ports and airports), and environment.
