Ximena holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She studied Regulation, Competition and Sanctioning Administrative Law at the University of Valladolid. She specializes in economic regulation, concessions, administrative law, energy law, and antitrust.

Her life is a never-ending learning experience. She is enthusiastic about research and all types of academic activities, not necessarily related to law, especially those aimed at promoting women’s leadership and representation.

Through her professional practice, she acknowledges the powerful tools for change that law provides and that make it possible to establish a better world.
