Lawyer’s Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Sebastian has four years of professional experience in Regulatory and Administrative Law, with special emphasis on the energy, transportation infrastructure and telecommunications sectors, as well as in Public-Private Associations. He is fluent in English.
Professional experience
Sebastian worked as an Associate at Miranda & Amado (2023-2024) and at Dentons (2021-2023). He was a Legal Assistant at Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados (2020-2021). He has extensive experience in the analysis of regulatory schemes, including the obtaining of operating licenses, the execution of investment projects, and the defense in sanctioning proceedings.
Academic Activity
Sebastian won first place in the 24th OSIPTEL University Extension Program on Telecommunications Regulation (2020). He represented the Law School from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in the 13th International Arbitration Competition, organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires (2020) and the 13th International Competition of Arbitration and Commercial Law, organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2021).
He was a member of the Legal Current Commission from the Civil Association THĒMIS at the Faculty School from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
