Thais holds a law degree summa cum laude from the Universidad del Pacífico Law School. Her practice focuses on Investment Arbitration as well as Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration across sectors including Construction, Energy, Retail, Torts, and Contracts. She has advanced proficiency in English.

Professional experience

Associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Bullard Falla Ezcurra+ since 2024.


Academic Activity

Since 2026, Thais has served as Coach for the Universidad del Pacífico International Arbitration Moot Court Team. She is certified in oral advocacy in arbitration by DELOS Dispute Resolution (ROAP Latam 2024).

Served as a Teaching Assistant for Civil Law: Obligations at Universidad del Pacífico Law School.

Former member of the Board of Directors of the DERUP Editores – Forseti Civil Association (Forseti Law Review). She was also a student attorney at Universidad del Pacífico’s Information Freedoms Legal Clinic and Criminal Law Clinic (2020–2022).

Represented Universidad del Pacífico in the XV and XVI Editions of the International Arbitration Competition–MOOT UBA (co-organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad del Rosario); the XVI Edition of the International Arbitration and Commercial Law Competition–MOOT MADRID (co-organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and UNCITRAL); and the Sports Arbitration Moot (SAM) 2023 (Second Edition, co-organized by FIFA, Université de Neuchâtel Law School, and the Swiss Arbitration Academy).

Panelist at the II Environmental Law Student Colloquium (co-organized by the Law Schools of Universidad del Pacífico, Universidad de Piura, and PUCP, supported by EDERA) and speaker at the V Annual Conference on Information Freedoms and Transparency (co-organized by PUCP’s Business Law Master’s Program, IPYS, and the Peruvian Press Council).

Robert Maes Award (2019 & 2020): Received the Robert Maes Award for achieving the highest academic performance rank in the Law Department at Universidad del Pacífico.

Student Excellence Award (2023): Awarded the Student Excellence Award in the Argumentation and Research category at Universidad del Pacífico.

Sports Arbitration Moot (SAM 2nd Edition): Ranked 1st overall in the general rounds, and won individual awards for Best Appellant and Best Legal Research.

Received an Honorable Mention for Best Team in the Oral Phase at the XVI Edition of MOOT Madrid.
