Moises graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School. His practice spans the areas of energy regulation (hydrocarbons and electricity sectors) and transport infrastructure, concessions, administrative law, and antitrust. He knows English at an intermediate level.

Bullard Falla Ezcurra+ Associate in the area of Regulation and Competency since 2022.
Academic Activity
Moises was a teaching assistant in the courses Competition Law 1, Administrative Law 2, and Integration Seminar in Administrative Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) Law School.
He was Chairman of the Investigation and Legal Development Committee of the Administrative Law Group (CDA), a nonprofit association formed by PUCP Law School students.
