Margarita Salgado

Margarita holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra and a Dual Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and Business, Arbitration, and ADR from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). She also completed the International Investment Law and Arbitration Program at Queen Mary University of London and is admitted to the Madrid Bar Association. Her professional practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Bullard, Falla & Ezcurra+, Margarita completed her master’s internship at the Madrid Court of Arbitration. She later began her career at Bullard, Falla & Ezcurra+ as a trainee in the Litigation Department in 2025, and joined the firm as an associate in 2026. She has participated in international arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), with experience in the construction, mining, and post-M&A sectors.


Academic Activity

She was the winner of the Litis Simulatio competition organized by the University of Navarra. In addition, she completed a research stay in the field of Legal Philosophy at the University of León, focusing on the Theory of Legal Norms and Legal Argumentation.
