Attorney admitted to the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), Bar No. 145,181. Inmaculada began her career as a trainee in the Litigation practice at Bullard, Falla & Ezcurra+ in 2024 and has been an Associate since 2026. She has participated in domestic and international arbitrations conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), and in ad hoc proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Her experience spans the construction, mining, hydrocarbons, and airport infrastructure sectors.
Academic Activity
Inmaculada serves as co-coach of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid’s undergraduate team for the Madrid Moot (18th and 19th Editions). She received the First Prize for Best Award in the 17th Edition of the Madrid Moot. She was also a member of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid’s undergraduate team in the 16th Edition of the Madrid Moot, where she participated as an oralist in the final round and her team finished as runner-up.
She served on the Board of Directors of ACMEY, an association at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid dedicated to promoting moot court competitions and arbitration. During her tenure, she organized the 10th Edition of the Madrid Vis Pre-Moot in 2025.
She served as Arbitration Chair Coordinator at the 2nd Edition of SIPAB (Simulación de Práctica de la Abogacía), a legal negotiation competition organized by the SIPAB Law Association. She was an oralist in the round of 16 at the 6th Edition of the Moot Court Competition organized by ELSA Spain and Uría Menéndez, and won the 6th Edition of the Moot Court Competition organized by ELSA Barcelona and Baker McKenzie Spain.
