Cristina is an attorney admitted in Peru and holds an LL.M. from Columbia University. She has extensive experience in investor-State arbitration, international commercial arbitration, and public international law.
Throughout her practice, she has represented both sovereign States and private companies in arbitrations under major international rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC. In the field of investment arbitration, she has successfully represented a range of clients, including Latin American States such as Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.
Cristina is licensed to practice law in Peru, New York, and the District of Columbia. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
