Omar holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School. He has experience in the areas of antitrust, regulation, administrative law, and civil law; related to the sectors of ports, energy, retail, cement, among others.

Omar likes exploring the best way to think about and understand situations, comprehend the world, and tune into what others are thinking; and curiosity is his best tool for this. Therefore, he believes that “the best thing about being a lawyer at BFE+ is the possibility to think outside the box, understand cases in a different way, and innovate.” Omar enjoys quiet moments and spaces, under the blue sky of the countryside or near a calm sea, and he is a fan of Fleetwood Mac and Monsters and Men, as well of philosophy and history books.
