Rodrigo La Rosa

Rodrigo is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). His practice spans corporate law, civil law and arbitration, with a focus on the hydrocarbons, construction, and energy industries. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of French.

Professional Experience

Associate in our BFE+ Litigation practice area since 2017. Moreover, Rodrigo was an associate of the Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano law firm.

Academic Activity

Rodrigo was an assistant professor of the In Rem Rights and Guarantees courses delivered by at the PUCP and Universidad del Pacífico. He was a speaker on the “Civil Liability of Corporate Management” panel in the Basis of Corporate Law course, an event organized by the Forseti civil association – Universidad del Pacífico. He also served as research director of the IUS ET VERITAS civil association, which publishes the PUCP Law School review.

In addition, Rodrigo belonged is a former member of the winning team representing the PUCP in the “Moot Madrid – 7th International Competition on Arbitration and Commercial Law – 2015”, organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law – UNCITRAL.
