Gabriela López

Gabriela earned a Master’s Degree in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Spain. She has a degree in Social Sciences, with a focus on Economics, from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Gabriela’s experience spans industrial organization, regulation and competition policy, specializing in the telecommunications, environment, transportation and retail sectors. She has participated in more than 15 investigations relating to free competition (cartels, dominant position, mergers, etc.), more than 10 regulatory impact studies and more than 30 studies of quantification of damages and administrative fines. She is fluent in English.
