Carlos Rios

He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Master of Laws from Columbia University (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar). Carlos has over eight years of professional experience in the mining, oil and gas, construction, concessions, and retail industries. In 2019, Chambers & Partners named him an Associate to Watch, and he is currently the Young ICCA's Latin American Representative. He speaks fluent English and can communicate in French with no problems.
