Inmaculada joined Bullard, Falla & Ezcurra+ as a trainee in the Litigation Department in 2024 and has been an associate since 2026. She has participated in both domestic and international arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), and in ad hoc arbitrations conducted under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Her experience spans the construction, mining, hydrocarbons, and airport infrastructure sectors.
Academic Activity
Inmaculada currently serves as co-coach of the undergraduate team of Universidad Carlos III of Madrid for the XVIII Edition of Moot Madrid. She was awarded First Prize for Best Award in the XVII Edition of Moot Madrid. She was also a member of the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid undergraduate team in the XVI Edition of Moot Madrid, where she acted as an oralist in the Final Round and her team finished as Runner-Up of the competition.
She served as a member of the Board of Directors of ACMEY, a student association at Universidad Carlos III of Madrid dedicated to promoting moots and arbitration, during which time she organized the X Edition of the Madrid Vis Pre-Moot (2025). She also participated as Arbitration Chair Coordinator in the II Edition of SIPAB (Simulación de Práctica de la Abogacía), a legal negotiation competition organized by the SIPAB Law Association. Additionally, she was an oralist in the Round of 16 of the VI Edition of the Moot Court Competition organized by ELSA Spain and Uría Menéndez, and was the winner of the VI Edition of the Moot Court Competition organized by ELSA Barcelona and Baker McKenzie Spain.
