Professional experience
Uber has participated in arbitrations administered by ICSID, ICC, CCL, CIAC, AmCham Peru, and CARC-PUCP, advising both national and international companies across various sectors, including oil & gas, energy, transportation, retail, mining, and construction.
He has also provided legal counsel on numerous matters related to civil, regulatory, corporate, international, and constitutional law, as well as commercial and investment arbitration.
Academic Activity
Uber is an active member of the Latin American Arbitration Association (AlArb) and the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA). He is also a researcher at PUCP’s Research Group on Theories of Justice and Law (GRIJUS).
He has delivered workshops and lectures on storytelling, persuasive legal writing, tech contracting, and both domestic and international arbitration for universities and nonprofit organizations.
He was part of PUCP’s Legal Clinic for the Rights of Migrants and Refugees and served as a teaching assistant for the following courses at PUCP and Universidad del Pacífico: Law and Economics, Romano-Germanic and Common Law Systems, Philosophy of Law, and Introduction to Legal Studies.
Uber has also coached PUCP's arbitration moot teams competing in tournaments organized by the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad del Rosario, as well as Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
