Daniel graduated from the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
Professional experience
His practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration in the hydrocarbon, energy and infrastructure industries.
Academic Activity
Daniel participated in the Winter Courses on Public and Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law (2020). Other participations include:
Member of the teaching team of the Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration course delivered by Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú – PUCP (2021) and of the Investment Arbitration course by Universidad del Pacífico (2020-2021).
Member of the PUCP University Election Committee (2020).
Associate, Director of Publications and member of the Board of Directors of the THĒMIS civil association (2017-2018).
Member of the team representing the PUCP in the 13th International Arbitration Competition – MOOT UBA, organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, as well as the 13th International Competition on Arbitration and Commercial Law – MOOT MADRID, organized by Universidad Carlos III (2020-2021).
