Dora graduated from the Law School of Universidad del Pacífico. Her practice spans administrative law, concessions, bureaucratic barriers, unfair competition and free competition/antitrust, with a focus on the fisheries, public use infrastructure (ports and airports), and environmental sectors. She has an intermediate knowledge of English.

Associate in our BFE+ Regulation and Competition practice area since 2018.
Academic Activity
Dora has been a teaching assistant of the Regulation and Competition Law course delivered by Universidad del Pacífico and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) since 2018. She was also a teaching assistant and head of practice of the Legal Act and Contracts courses at Universidad del Pacífico from 2016 to 2021.
She was a member of the team that represented the Universidad del Pacífico in the 8th and 9th editions of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad del Rosario of Bogotá, as well as in the 10th edition of the International Competition on Arbitration and Commercial Law – MOOT Madrid, organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
In addition, Dora served as both chair and director of the Editorial Committee of the DERUP Editores – Forseti association, which publishes the student law review of Universidad del Pacífico.
