Eduardo graduated from the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). His experience spans domestic and international commercial arbitration, contracts, civil liability, and economics & psychology, with a focus on construction, electricity and hydrocarbon-related disputes. He is fluent in English.

Academic Activity
Eduardo was a teaching assistant of the Economics and Law course at the PUCP, as well as director of the Publications Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of the THĒMIS civil association.
At present, Eduardo leads the Persuasion and Justice System area of PsychoLAWgy, a Peruvian think-tank devoted to research in Behavioral Economics and its application to litigation, public policy, and consumer defense. He also writes articles for Litigantes Racionales, a blog of the Enfoque Derecho website aimed at the study of litigation from the economic analysis of law and behavioral economics standpoints.
