The Moot is an annual event organized by Bullard Falla Ezcurra+ and Universidad del Pacífico, where law and economics students test their knowledge in front of a demanding jury panel comprised by lawyers and economists who specialize in competition and regulation.

Each team must defend a position as plaintiff or defendant regarding a hypothetical case that involves complex and specialized issues of law and economics.
This event enables participants to develop the multidisciplinary skills required in the regulatory field. Participants are required a vast legal knowledge and handling economic theory and the applicable techniques.
Since its inception 8 years ago, this event has gathered students from at least 27 Peruvian private and public universities, as well as students from countries such as Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, México, Paraguay and Guatemala.
